We want you to love your skin—and your skincare products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return unopened and unused skincare products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened or used products may be eligible for a refund only if you experienced a skin reaction or the product was defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Items returned after 30 days
Products marked “Final Sale"

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or caused an adverse

skin reaction. If you need an exchange, email us with a photo and description of the issue.


Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
